MICHAEL - 18th to 24th June Port Elizabeth...Port Alfred

On the 18th we watched the soccer match Germany-Serbia in PE. I was a little bit unhappy about the result, but the atmosphere was great. Lynette played the vuvuzela during the whole match...we certainly also signed the big soccer ball, which was placed in front of the stadium.
At the lions park in PE I saw my first smiling lion while Lynette was connecting to him in her personal way of communication...
After the Bushmen-week and the match we decided to spend some lazy days in Port Alfred with dune boarding, hydrobiking, horseriding and lighthouse-sightseeing. My horse was an Arab-mix called "Abby". Her owner told us later, that Abby is a very clever horse...what explained to me, that she always decided to go other directions than I wanted her to go...(It was my first time on an horse and I can still feel it!).
Our next stop will be Grahamstown - National Arts Festival.
